Noah is a happy, smiley 4-year-old little boy who absolutely loves being around people. He is a bit of a charmer and as soon as people meet him, he gets their attention with his big beaming smile and infectious giggle. Noah loves to play with lots of different toys, but his favourite are musical and noisy toys and he loves to bang on his drum and make lots of noise!
Noah has some additional needs that face him with some challenges, but he doesn't let those stand in his way! He is unable to walk unaided but gets himself around with his speedy rolling and commando crawl. He also loves to use his walking frame and bike to get about.
He doesn't yet have any verbal language, but that doesn't mean he can't understand you and he can communicate his wants and needs to those that know him. Noah is full of personality and character and is looking for a very special family to call his own.
Noah's adoptive family will need to be able to support him to attend his health appointments. They will also need to be able to meet all his health needs including learning to administer his feeds through a nasogastric tube and to adhere to appropriate stoma care.
Noah has a team around him who are ready to support his adoptive family and offer any training, support and advice they may need to give Noah the loving home he deserves.
This is a real-life case study. We have changed the child's names and the image is posed by a model to protect their identity.
